Le titulaire du BTS en Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client est un professionnel de terrain. Ses principales tâches sont, la vente itinérante et la prospection. Il a pour mission d’être l’intermédiaire entre l’entreprise et les clients. Disposant de compétences relationnelles, il a une grande aptitude à la communication et à la négociation. En effet, il exerce son activité en privilégiant les relations avec son marché afin de créer un réseau commercial.
Ainsi, il gère la relation commerciale dans sa globalité, de la prospection jusqu’à la fidélisation. La maîtrise des nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication (NTIC) conditionne sa performance.
